Sisters ~{Coral Gables Child Photographer}~

Sisters. Three of them. What’s not to love? My blog readers know I have two girls of my own. Looking back at the images of this family of three girls makes me wonder if the child I’m carrying now will be another girl to add to our little collection of sisters. What? You didn’t know I am pregnant? Well, now you do! I’m due in September and will be shooting only a small number of sessions in the few months after the baby arrives. So book a session now if you want in on my calendar before I go on a limited schedule during maternity leave. I only have two June dates available and my last, pre-baby session will be in July.  Don’t delay!

But back to sisters – aren’t the ones in this post just lovely? They were so great to shoot, too. Not only were they polite and agreeable to anything I asked them to do (including laying in the itchy grass – more on that later), but they were also really sweet with one another. I didn’t hear a single quibble the entire time we were together – just a lot of laughter and some girly giggling. Love it!  I hope that these girls had as much fun at our session as I did – being around them reminded me of spending time with my own two sisters, who are so dear to me.

So yeah, that laying in the itchy grass thing I mentioned before – they make it look fun, don’t they?

I wasn’t a total meanie – I let them sit up, too!

But only for a little while…big sis humored me with some laid-back close-ups. I love her flowing hair.  I admit it – I had hair envy!

The middle sister had eyes that just ate the camera right up!

And little sister was just as cute as a button. Looking at this picture, I can practically hear her laughing at the joke I told. “Guess what? Chicken Butt!” – gets ’em every time. (Don’t judge, I’ll do anything for a real smile!)

At the end of the session, the girls had the idea of taking some shots of them jumping – I thought it was brilliant!

The “peace,” “faith,” and “love” t-shirts the girls are wearing are fantastic, right? Mom, who was as wonderful as her children (those little apples didn’t fall far from the tree!), got them at a local boutique called Peace Love World. Check out their site and see all the cute designs they have to offer – it’s a great way to be fashionable and support a local Miami business at the same time!
